Currently when Ext plugin is added to a server the auto publishing setting is turned off to prevent lots excessive deploying of ext plugin changes that would be unwanted. However, this disbaled auto matic publishing for other plugins like themes where you want this enabled. This setting change should only affect the ext plugin only.
