In case of remote WSRP portlet, the portlet URL contains information about present as well as new window state/mode. That is not the case with local portlet. In case of local portlet, the portlet URL always have new window state/mode only. The WindowInvoker needs to enhance to take care of state/mode change for remote portlet.
