The time part of display date or expiration date not working

When I set a display date of a web content/Announcement/Alert with time specified, the web content/Announcement/Alert are showing/visible before the specified display date time.
For example I set the display date time of a web content to 7/June/2010 6:00 PM and save (and approve) it, and the current date time is 7/June/2010 5:30 PM the Web Content Display portlet still displays this web content (On the other hand the date part 7/June/2010 is working correctly).

Same is the case for the expiration date.

Fixed in trunk Liferay 6.0.2 RC2
