Adding a Comment on the Live page doesnt update to the staged page.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Activate staging
2) in staged environment Add blogs portlet> add blog entry
3) publish to live
4) on live page, add comments to blog entry click save
5) go back to staged environment and the comment doesnt update.
