Configurations fail to export/import on community level LARs with the Web Content portlet.

1. User creates a new community
2. User adds the web content portlet to a page
3. User adds an article
4. User enables comments, ratings etc
5. User exports and imports the lar into a new community
-The portlet is displayed on a page without the configurations set.
