Google Maps plugin with virtual hosts doesn't allow for use with different license keys

I tried three different API keys and none of them seem to work on the sharded databases.

User opens command prompt and types adds 3 databases
User adds 3 portal instances
User deploys google maps plugins
User uses localhost instance of liferay and
User enters [ABQIAAAA3nrHjKy73DtxJL8D67iR6hSqd3WNkXftHeaSLroSolGIoU-u5BTriDnzHVQc9TudabxQnFqk-gNe8A] in the Google License field

user uses second instance of liferay and
User Enters [ABQIAAAA3nrHjKy73DtxJL8D67iR6hSMlRKkWl_UVLC6B6Rezf4wqc5_yxQn8YBL3gHiGzpRl02jPXNf3RZtjg] in the Google License field

This error occurs: This web site needs a different Google Maps API key. A new key can be generated at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/.

I tried 3 different API keys but none of them seem to work with the second or third liferay instance.
