Steps to reproduce:
1. Add the wiki portlet to a page
2. Edit a wiki page (e.g. FrontPage) in creole
3. Add a link with special characters in it (e.g. "@" or "(" or ")")
4. View the wiki page
5. Inspect the link URL

The special characters should be encoded, but you can see that they are not. For example "(" should be replaced with "%28".
