Blogs fails to display propery when pagination is set in 5.2.8 then upgrade to 5.2.9

5 User unchecks Guest View and [Saves]
6 User Returns to Full Page
7 User clicks [Configuration] in ...
In Display Settings
8 User selects 1 in Maximun Item to Display and saves
9 User Signs Outs and verifies that pagination is working.

In bundle 5.2.9 Revision:63147
10 User checks Blogs pagination.

System fails to display pagination. Can't get to the other blogs entry.
