Making a "minor edit" to a wiki should restrict activity in feed ports

Description

If you make an "minor edit" in a wiki, an email notification is restricted, however all activity is displayed in the feed ports regardless of it being a minor edit, or normal addition. The "minor edit" activity should not be published in the feed ports.

Environment

LIFERAY VERSION: 6.0 APPLICATION SERVER: Tomcat 6.x DATABASE: SQL Server 2008 OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows XP JAVA VIRTUAL MACHINE: Java 6

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

1. Copy "wiki.page.minor.edit.add.social.activity =false" to the portal-ext.properties.
2. Start Liferay.
3. Add Wiki and Activities porlet.
4. Add a FrontPage wiki.
5. Edit wiki and click minor edit ->save.
6. See Activity Portlet.

All activity is displayed in the feed ports regardless of it being a minor edit.

New portal property, wiki.page.add.activity.on.minor.edit defaults to true. If admins want to disable the addition of activities on minor edits, they can set this property to false. Thoughts?
