Add attribute autocomplete to the aui-form and aui-input tags

Description

Browsers tend to cache data in form fields. This behavior is normally what you want, but when it comes to more secure data (for example login on a public desktop) this is not always wanted. By adding the attribute autocomplete="off" to a form and an input field, we can prevent the browser autocomplete for these fields. But these attributes are not available today for the aui-form and aui-input tags.

Hello everyone! We are in the process of removing component "Liferay TagLib" from LPS issues that contain more than one component. For issues that only have "Liferay TagLib", we plan to move to them to "Tools > Portal Taglibs". In the end, "Liferay TagLib" will be deprecated. Please make the necessary adjustments to your filters. Thanks!

In preparation for Ideation; we are merging New Feature and Improvement tickets into a singular ticket type called “Feature Request”. Additional information to follow soon.

Moved to community backlog: this feature is interesting and can be implemented by the community or Liferay as an extra functionality for future versions.
We will appreciate if you or any community member contribute this functionality
Thanks for your feedback!
