  LPS-11008	Document Library Display LAR doesn't work
  LPS-518	Document_library_display can't view,edit,delete documnet when you user have the "Action" Permintions.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Add Document Library and Document Library Display to the same page.
2) Add a Document.
3) Display the document uploaded in step 2 in Document Library Display.
4) Delete the document in Document Library.

Fix of the portal-web/docroot/html/portlet/document_library/view_file_entry.jsp.

It's fixed the same way as LPS-16254, i.e. if fileEntry is not found (==null) then rendering default view.jsp.

This issue is currently unable to reproduce at revision 84825, I'll try to reproduce after few revision growth.
