Description

Create a startup action that creates this new page template.
After this is done a new template will be available, so that when users add it, it has an asset publisher configured to be the default asset publisher of the page.

Passed Manual Testing with the following steps:

1. Start Liferay Instance
2. Add Asset Publisher Test Page
3. Select the 'Content Display' page template
4. Save AP Test Page
5. Click AP Test Page
6. Assert that the portlets have already been configured on the page
7. Click ' Add New' → Web Content
8. Add Web Content Article
9. Assert WC Article displays in the Asset Publisher portlet
10. Add Web Content portlet → Click 'Configuration'
11. Assert that the Web Content Article displays
12. Select the Web Content Article → Save Article
13. Assert that the Web Content Article Displays in the Web Content portletthe page

Fixed in:
Tomcat 6.0.33 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision 87755.
