Description

Case 1: Asset publisher -> add new -> web content -> select structure: apparently nothing happens, but actually the structure selector's popup is behind the current pop up. See pic "Error1"
Case 2: Edit a web content in asset publisher and try to add categories (there should be several vocabularies and categories in the system). See pic "Error2"

I was able to reproduce the case 1.
For case 2: There are no categories in Vocabulary "Topic" from Global community.I think that's why it doesn't display when adding categorization.

Able to reproduce Case 1:

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.22 + MySQL 5.1. 6.1.x Revision: 94040.

Not able to reproduce Case 2:
Looks like the way you select vocab and cat are different now.

VERIFIED through Manual Testing following the steps in the description Case 1.

Verified on:
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision: 100241.
