Description

TCK test for PortletRequestDispatcher failed due to servlet parameters not taking precedence over render parameters. This is a regression from LPS-17363.

I tried to test simple Wicket Portlet ("echo" form submission) in revision 84698; it still doesn't work.

Wicket 1.4.7 test portlet (WIcket category), also available as traditional web application via http://localhost:8080/test-wicket-form-1.0/test

All it does is a form "echo" of the input. It works as web module, and it doesn't work as portlet.

Please also analyze changes
