When configuring the Blogs portlet to email subscribers for an entry updated, the field is not prepopulated with data.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add Blogs Page
2. Add Blogs portlet
3. Click [Wrench] Icon
4. Click [Configuration]
5. Click [Entry Added Email] link
   • System displays default Subject and Body as blank
   • In 6.0.x Revision 84424 system is prepopulated with the following:

     Updated Blogs Post by [$BLOGS_ENTRY_USER_NAME$]

     Dear [$TO_NAME$],<br /><br />

     [$BLOGS_ENTRY_USER_NAME$] updated a blog entry.<br /><br />

     [$BLOGS_ENTRY_URL$]<br /><br />

     Sincerely,<br />
     [$FROM_NAME$]<br />
     [$FROM_ADDRESS$]<br />
