1) Attach documents to knowledge base articles.
2) Use Asset Publisher to publish knowledge base article.
3) Set configuration of Asset Publisher to display Full Content.
4) Asset Publisher will display the article itself, but not the attachments.

Since there is no link to "View in Context", it seems that there is no way to show the knowledgebase articles along with their attachments in an asset publisher.
