Liferay 6.1 will generate thumbnails and custom images for images stored in Document Library. During the migration, images that had been stored in Image Gallery will keep the thumbnails and custom images.

However, images that were previously stored in Document Library won't generate thumbnails and custom images. We should also generate thumbnails and images for those images that were previously stored in Document Library, because otherwise the behaviour can be confusing for the user (why some images has thumbnails and others don't?)

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Start Liferay 6.0.12EE on Tomcat 6.0.32 using a minimum database
2. Add a Documents and Images Pages
3. Add Document Library and Image Gallery portlets
4. Add images to both portlets
5. Upgrade to 6.1x
6. Check image thumbnails in Documents and Media portlet
