Control Panel inconsistency when using Edit user profile

Description

  1. login

  2. go to Control Panel

  3. pres your name on Dockbar (upper right corner)
    Effect: You will see Edit profile layer despite that you are in Control Panel so you should be moved to Control Panel -> My Account. This is inconsistency.

Environment

Tomcat 7.0.22 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision 93785.

"Manage My Account" popup window displays even in the Control Panel instead of redirecting user to Control Panel > My Account
