Regression Bug - Used by Liferay QA to indicate an issue discovered during regression testing LPS-22062 Unable to add a design draft form to the workflow form.

PASSED Manual Testing.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x GIT ID: 0f94a5fec99870a30a4f95f889c4ed4af9f0c617. 6.1.x Plugins GIT ID: 13255c556ac2d640bf01277752a5e1ed88aef2a5.
If user keep value of script blank in condition node, then save draft, it will display "Please enter valid content." Try again and the draft still cannot be saved.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x GIT ID: 0f94a5fec99870a30a4f95f889c4ed4af9f0c617. 6.1.x Plugins GIT ID: dc33285c832829f389d3b5e53c43f0066b63a9b7.
