In 6.1, Liferay allows for workflows to not be visible in the workflow configuration page despite the fact that the portlet has permissions. Two examples of this are Dynamic Data Lists and Document Library. This is not a bug, per se, but will be perceived as a bug by the end user.

The fix would be to inform the user in the workflow configuration control panel that the configuration of non-visible workflows can be done from within the portlet itself.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Start Liferay portal.
2. Build and deploy kaleo-web plugin.
3. After Kaleo workflow is deployed, go to Control Panel>Workflow configuration.
4. Verify that settings for Document Library or Dynamic Data List display.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.21 + MySQL 5.1.58. 6.1.x Revision 90970.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0.21 + MySQL 5.1.58. 6.1.x Revision 91295.
