Messed UI in help bubbles (Internet Explorer 9)

Description

Part of the Help Bubble that points toward help icon is messed up in internet explorer 9 (see screenshot)

Environment

Tomcat 7.0.21 + MySQL 5. IE 9. 6.1.x Revision 92667.

Reopening to add 6.1.1 CE GA2. Close as Fixed.

Removing 6.1.1 CE GA2 from fixed-in. We are selecting the GA2 candidates and will re-add this upon approval from product management.

6.2.x Tomcat 7 + MySQL 5. IE 9. GIT ID: c281a9155613d41e72181a298d7f897e6b584a93.

The help bubble has been fixed on IE9.

Hi Szymon,
Thank you for your report. I was able to reproduce this issue in 6.1.0 B3. I have also tested this issue on trunk revision 92667 and I was also reproduce. I will update the this ticket to reflect the issue.
