Using our standard warning icon, please add the following message to these three portlets: "The Software Plugin <insert portlet name here> will be deprecated in the next version of Liferay. Please plan on making the transition to the MarketPlace plugin." This message should be dismiss-able.

I would like to add, for the product, it would be nice to be able to dismiss the notice.

Yeah I think using the standard alloyui classes it should be dismissable just like the info boxes that currently show up the first time you visit the UI.

Edited the message for the following:
1. Removed the word "deprecation"
2. Link goes to liferay.com/marketplace and the wording has been changed to reflect it.
