After deleting a poll question, polls display is blank

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add page
2. Add polls display portlet to page (notice the portlet, see "before" attachment)
3. Navigate to Control Panel > Polls > Add Question
4. Navigate to Polls Display portlet > Options > Configuration > select the question
5. Assert the question shows in the portlet
6. Navigate to Control Panel > Polls > Actions > Delete poll question
7. Navigate to Polls Display portlet (notice the portlet now, see "after" attachment)

Hi Robert,
if question that Poll portlet was configured to display (like in our case) wasn't found due deletion, should an message be written to user (ieg. Poll Question is not available now, please contact content/portal administrator.)

OR

we should just display "Please configure.." message from before.PNG

If question can't be displayed due to expiry or it was deleted user will be provided with info message in transparent window:
The poll is expired or has been deleted, please configure this portlet to make it visible for all users

• new message was added to Language.properties
• added exception handler in polls ViewAction that setups request variables which signals jsp to render appropriate message.

Juan, I've cherry picked branch you had problems with and can't recreate NullPointer. If you still having same issue can we assign review to Julio or Ivica just to test it?

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0.22 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision 94487.

Polls display is no longer blank after deleting a poll question.
