Default Document Types "Image" and "Video" are Confusing

Description

The default document types that are created on the initial startup of a portal are "Image" and "Video." However, neither of them are meant to represent an image or video file and has no correlation with formats/mime types (e.g., image/jpeg) nor have any relationship with the Media Gallery portlet. Moreover, many of the metadata fields specified are already extracted by the RawMetadataExtractor.

This ticket is to remove the "Image" and "Video" document types and replace them with more business-related document types, as recommended by product engineering.
