If user opens permissions while editing some Web Content, new popup is bounded by existing window and 'Loading' message never disappear.

I think this is not related to WCM, as this happened too on managing site content and has been fixed.

I can't reproduce issue. My config: 6.1 latest git trunk, W7 64-bit, MySql 64-bit, JVM jdk1.7 64-bit, Tomcat 7.0.21

Ok, try the following steps (i've just reproduce it again with latest trunk):

(+ start with empty database)
+ add some web content (from Control Panel, for example)
+ add Asset Publisher to the main page. It will display added web content.
+ click on 'edit' link for the web content. Popup appears where you can edit WC.
+ click on 'Permissions' button in the popup.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:
1. Go to control panel -> web content;
2. Add a new web content and back to liferay.com;
3. Add asset publisher portlet;
4. Click edit button of the new web content, click on permissions button.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.22 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision: 93700.
The popup was loading forever.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0.22 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision: 94339.
The popup display correctly.
