Description

There is no longer the need to keep portal-web and tunnel-web as separate web apps. They were separated long ago because of a requirement with J2EE web security, where portal-web could be configured with Form based security while tunnel-web could be configured with BASIC auth.

This type of separate is no longer relevant since the portal allows different types of authentication for different paths within portal-web (since Form based security is no longer used)
