Hi Juan, as I mentioned not only URL was bad, also there was problem with article title which wasn't correctly prepared for email rendering.

I'm updating summary and description because of invalid title replacement found while testing described scenario.

User1: Creates a Web Content.
User2: Control Panel->My Workflow Tasks->Actions->Assign to Me, then Actions->Approve.
Liferay now sends an email to User1 (which is correct), which should contain a link to the Web Content. BUT this link starts with null and is therefore invalid.
The email that is sent is configured in Control Panel->Web Content->Configuration->Web Content Granted Email. It contains
[$ARTICLE_URL$]. And that is what generates the link starting with null. Example of how it could look like:
null&groupId=10157&articleId=37571&version=1.0
Also article title [$ARTICLE_URL$] is replaced with localization structure instead of localized value:
