Users are not correctly sorted in Control Panel

Description

When utilizing a full database (as opposed to minimal) the users are incorrectly sorted in the 'Control Panel' -> 'Users and Organizations' listing. See screenshot.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Startup Liferay using a full db.
2. Login and access the 'Control Panel' -> 'Users and Organizations'
3. 'Show all users'
4. Note that the sorting is incorrect and clicking to re-sort the list does not end up with the list being correctly alphabetized.

Once changes are applied, it's necessary to reindex all search indexes, using Control Panel -> Server Administration
