Remote Publish not publishing all levels of Child Pages

Description

1. Create Community A
2 Create Community B
3. Setup Remote Publishing to publish from Community A to Community B
4. Create page "root" in Community A
5. Create Child Page "Child Page" under Root
6. Create Child Page "Sub Child Page" under "Child Page"
7. Create Child Page "Sub Sub Child Page" under "Sub Child Page"
8. Navigate to Root Page
9. Go to Manage Page
10. Click on Publish to Remote Live Now
11. Click on Change Selection
12. Check the box for "Root"
13. You will notice if you open it up that not all of the child pages get checked. Leave as is
14. Publish
15. You will notice that Root, Child, and Sub Child get published, but Sub Sub Child does not.
