PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

User is able to add a user group with no errors.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control Panel > User Groups > Add
2. Enter in name and description and click Save
You will notice when saving that you get exceptions in the console and on-screen. (See attachments) Even though there are errors the user group does get added.
