Support i18n for Asset Publisher may not work

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1) Add Asset Publisher.
2) Add Language portlet.
3) Configure Asset Publisher to enable RSS feed.
4) Add a Web Content
5) Edit Web Content and add new language translation
6) Change to that new language using language portlet
6) Click 'RSS' in Asset Publisher.
7) Observe title of assets which asset type is Web Content
8) If title is still there, repeat steps 5-7

Result:
Title is missing

Expected behavior:
Web Content title should shown as the translation user selected on Language portlet.

PASSED Manual Testing following steps in description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision: 83213.
On affect revision. Unhandled raw XML tags for i18n are exposed.

On fixed ID. I can see the web content title.
