Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control Panel > Dynamic Data Lists > Manage Data Definitions > Add
2. Enter "Data Definitions" in the name field
3. Drag and drop all fields from the left side to the right checkered area and click Save
4. Navigate to Control Panel > Dynamic Data Lists > Add
5. Enter "List Name" in the name field
6. Click Select link and click Data Definitions and click Save
7. Navigate to Control Panel > Documents and Media > Upload a basic document
8. Click Dynamic Data Lists > Actions near List Name > Spreadsheet View
9. Fill in all fields in Row 1
10. Navigate to Control Panel > Dynamic Data Lists > List Name
You will notice two rows gets saved and some fields are not filled in correctly. (See attachment)
