System incorrectly displays error message when editing "My Account". When a created user attempts to edit "My Account" details, an error message displays saying they have insufficient permissions.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Go to > Control Panel > Users and Organizations
2. Click the Add drop down > User
3. Enter in the following
   • Screen Name User1
   • Email Address [e-mail]
   • First Name user1
   • Save
4. Set password
5. Click Sign out
6. Sign in as [e-mail]
7. Navigate to Go to > Control Panel > My Account > Details
8. Enter in the following
   • Last Name UserOneLast
   • Birthday February 4, 1989
   • Gender Female
   • Save
     Error message "You do not have the required permissions." (error.jpg) displays
9. Click My Account
   • All changes entered in step 8 take effect and are saved

Expected: User is able to edit personal details without seeing the Error message
Actual: Error message displays and no confirmation message.
