Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control Panel > Users and Organizations > Add > Regular Organization
2. Enter "test" in the name field and click Save
3. Click Phone Numbers on the right side
4. Enter "(562)802-0523" in the number field and "321" in the extension field and click Save
You will get a status 500 error on-screen. (See attachment). This also occurs with Users and Portal Settings.
