Asset publisher configured to filter by permissions doesn't filter by permissions

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an asset publisher and Blogs portlet to a page
2. Add 2 blogs entry
3. Change the permissions to one blog entry so that guest can not see it
4. Configure asset publisher to "enable permissions".
5. Log out --> You shouldn't be able to see the blog entry in the asset publisher (or in the blogs portlet)

PASSED Manual Testing following steps in description.

Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.2.x GIT ID: 8222b31d7a636a97073cd361c708263180fc14ff.
Guest user can see the blogs entry B in Asset Publisher portlet.

On fixed ID. Guest user can not see the blogs entry B. Permission is working.
