PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.
Fixed on:

User is able to click on My Submissions without any errors.

Robert, can you please update to latest plugins? I think you retested before Brian pushed the commit for the plugins portion.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Hot deploy kaleo-web plugin
2. Navigate to Control Panel > My Submissions
After clicking My Submissions you will notice you get errors in the console and on screen. (See attachments)
