When a site template is not being merged due to reaching the max threshold, this is not shown in the logs

Description

Since there is no information, it is not possible to determine for the system administrators that this problem is happening. There should be a log warning which not only notifies about the issue but also provides information to identify where it needs to be fixed in the database.
