Description
Currently the Web Content administration tool does not allow creating folders to organize the web content of a site. For larger sites having folders would be a very valuable tool.

I noticed that the web content portlet in the control panel still uses 'Delete' instead of incorporating the Recycle Bin. I am aware that there is a Recycle Bin team with its own workflow, but I just wanted to note this in case it was previously missed. Thanks!
