1) Go to Document Library
2) CLick on "Manage Metadata Sets"
3) Add new Metadata set
4) Fill the inputs
6) Add a Translation.

Expected behaviour: the translation language name should be displayed properly.

Displayed behavoiur: the translation language name is displayed in an encoded way.

This is no longer reproducible on the latest version of 6.1.x and 6.2.x
