Support for Import/Export Site templates

Description

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a Site Template
2. Create a Site using that Site Template
3. Export the Site Template in a LAR
4. Export the Site in another LAR
5. Go to another machine, or a clean database
6. Create a new Site Template and import the Site Template from the LAR
7. Create a new Site and import the Site from the LAR
8. The new Site should be inheriting from the Site Template, you can check it making any change to the Site Template pages and checking that it is automatically reflected in the Site Pages.

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 876a65ff11d923e9923e9d51dc1b4d07b82d2b80.

When I click site settings, site template, I will see the message: This site is not related to a site template.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 9c0d3e1cda05c312352bd1efdfbab946090e802c.
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.2.x GIT ID: 93613bac87c229f9881a3cc56ca26af22700f031.

When I click site settings, site template, I will see the message: These pages are linked to site template XXX.
