Support for Export/Import Page Templates

Description

We should have a button in the UI for page templates which allows us to Export a Page Template and another one which would allow us to Import a Page Template.

These buttons would show the current UI for exporting/importing pages but they wouldn't show the section about pages.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Go to Control Panel > Page Templates.
2. Click Actions of Blog page template.
3. Export Blog page template.
4. Create a new page template.
5. Click Actions > Import.
6. Import Blog page template data.
7. Click the new page template.
8. Click Open Page Template.
Data is not lost. Both testing using the steps on Site Templates.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.10 EE GA1.

There are not export and import options for Site Templates and Page Templates.

Support to export and import Site Templates and Page Templates, and they work well.
