Mobile Device groups doesn't get published to live. It works ok in staging.

Steps:

1-Activate staging for a site.
2-Add a mobile device group for a site/page with a rule and some action.
3-Test with the device that action gets applied succesfully.
4-Publish that page to live. When accessing mobile in live site action doesn't apply.
