After adding around 11 organizations, it is giving sites is temporarily down

After adding 11 organizations (with sites) and 1 site, users and sites the system is now throwing
Sites is temporarily down error.
Users and Organizations is temporarily unavailable.

Though I am able to add users.

Thanks for your report. As part of the community verifier program I am taking a look at this issue.

I am unable to reproduce this issue with your instructions above. The steps I took include:

1. Go to Control Panel -> Users and Organizations
2. Add Regular Organization
3. Check "Create site" and use default template
4. Repeat steps 2-3 ten more times
5. Go to Control Panel -> Sites
6. Create a new site
   Observe that no errors are thrown and both Sites and Users and Organizations continue to work as expected.

If you continue to experience this issue please provide me with detailed steps and more information about your environment. I will attempted to recreate the error again. Thanks!
