Marketplace App context dependency checker is failing to unregister App on uninstall

Description

On uninstall, the Marketplace plugin is failing to unregister its dependency on Apps that share two plugin's contexts.

PASSED Manual Testing with the following steps

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > Store

  2. Puchase SO EE

  3. Purchase the WYSIWYG (SO CE hook dependent plugin)

  4. Download and install SO EE

  5. Download and install WYSIWYG EE

  6. Click Back to liferay.com

  7. Assert that SO Welcome theme displays

  8. Navigate to Control Panel > Purchased

  9. Click Uninstall next to SO EE

  10. Uninstall button changes to "Install"

  11. Click Uninstall next to WYSIWYG EE

  12. Uninstall button changes to "Install"

  13. Assert the {bundle}/tomcat-7.0.27/webapps folder does not have SO EE plugins
