Redirect after login does not encode "?"

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.
Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.0 CE GA1.
I can see the error in the Wiki portlet: " This page is empty. Use the buttons below to create it or to search for the words in the title. "
Fixed on:
Tomcat 6.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.0.x EE GIT ID: b45296a3fd1b21e4a6a71c2251f2191e68a3d3c2.
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 54d7ed0f39b755b1667d62670204d83473c7e832.
I can see the wiki page.

1)Create a Wiki page which title ends with '?'. For example: How are you? Add some content to the page.
2)Log out.
3)Click on the Wiki page that you just created.
4)Log in.
You can see the error in the Wiki portlet: " This page is empty. Use the buttons below to create it or to search for the words in the title. " however the page is not empty.
