Tasks plugin portlet: when the user creates a task and assigns it to himself, the task does not display in the Assigned to Me screen

Description

Tasks is a Social Office based plugin. Please consult with Jonathan Lee on fixes and reviews.

Tasks assigned to self does not show up in the Assigned to Me screen.

Steps taken:
1. Start Liferay.
2. Deploy the Tasks plugin portlet.
3. Add a page and the Tasks porltet.
4. Create a task and assign it to self.
5. Go to the Assigned to Me screen.
6. That task does not display.
