Removing guest permissions for one bookmark affect others when exported and imported

1. Add Bookmark portlet
2. Add Bookmark
   • Google
   • http://www.google.com
   • Save
3. Action>Permissions near Google
4. Asserts that Guest View displays
5. Add Bookmark
   • Bing
   • http://www.Bing.com
   • Save
6. Remove Guest View permissions for Bing
7. Click Action>Permissions near Google
8. Asserts that Guest View is flgged
9. Export LAR
   • Flag all check boxes
10. Stop App server
11. Clear DB
12. Delete Home folder
13. Clear Browser cache
14. Start Ap Server
15. Import LAR
    • Flag Mirror with overwritting
16. Click Action>Permissions near Google

System fails to have the Guest View flagged
If you sign out and navigate to the Bookmark portlet you wont be able to either bookmark.
