Directly open Users and Web Content in Search Portlet

  LPS-17092	Search portlet will display the content directly from web content search results if the article is not on a page

Normally, when you search for a User, it will bring up the basic User info in a "directory", rather than directly going to the User in Control Panel.
This makes it so you have to click twice to see the User's full information.

Also, same with viewing Web Content.
