Infinite Redirect Loop when changing Friendly URL under Site URL settings

Description

When attempting to change the Friendly URL default of '/guest' to a user-specified '/test123' under Site URL settings, resulting page requests end in infinite redirect loop.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Login as admin.
2) Navigate to 'Site Settings' in Control Panel
3) Select 'Site URL'
4) Change default value of '/guest' to user specified url '/test123'
5) Save changes.

Attempt to reload Liferay Portal site. Ends in infinite redirect loop.

Unable to login liferay portal. Ends in infinite redirect loop.
