PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:
1. Add Blogs portlet to a Page
2. Click Wrench Icon > Configuration > Display Settings
3. Select '25' under the Maximum Items to Display drop down
4. Click Save
5. Create '26' Blog Entries
6. Assert that 25 entries display per page
7. Click 'Next' in the Pagination
8. Assert that the System displays 'Page 2 of 2' in the Pagination
User is now able to display up to 100 items per page in the Blogs portlet.

The blog portlet's configuration mode should be improved to include a more dynamic way of setting the allowed page deltas. This would bring it in line with other portlets such as the journal articles portlet and soon the announcements portlet.
